Vaani AI uses your name, company, LinkedIn and X handle to prepare your photo kit, and your email address only to send you one message with your kit link on Thursday. If you tick “Find me in the photos by face”, we compare faces in the dinner photos to find the ones you’re in. That runs on our own computer, and the face data is deleted by 5 Nov 2026. If you also tick “Add a selfie to help find me”, we keep that photo privately as your reference for matching; only the Vaani team can see it, and it’s deleted by 5 Nov 2026. Contact details are deleted 90 days after the event. To change your mind or delete your details, write to or use the links in your kit. You can also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
